Is it really free? No catch?
Yes. We're in Beta and we want real people using it and giving us feedback. No credit card, no expiry, no hidden upgrade wall. When that changes, you'll hear from us directly, well in advance.
What's not included in Community?
SSO / SAML and a formal SLA. Those are enterprise requirements we'll build when the time is right. Everything else is fully available.

The Origin Story
Enterprise software shouldn't cost this much to own.
After twenty years using Outlook, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Notion, and ServiceNow, none of them talking to each other, none of them actually owned by the company. Suman started asking a different question, could we build something a business could actually own, with each system talking to each other seamlessly?
